Qualifications

• Must hold EA/CPA or be a practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 20+ hours/week; typical hours 8am–5pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear financial guidance.
