Intuit is seeking dedicated year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on‑site locations across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing a local client base and delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.

You will collaborate with a broad team of specialists, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, to deliver end‑to‑end support for each client.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s (federal/state) per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and via digital tools.
• Build lasting relationships and represent TurboTax as a trusted local expert.
