Intuit, Inc. seeks an onsite TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice to individuals and small businesses. You will work in a local TurboTax location, collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end services and grow the local client base.

You will engage in community events, offer detailed financial guidance, and connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping and payroll while maintaining a high‑quality customer experience.

Formación

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday–Friday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms.
• Willing to use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and engage with local events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build relationships and trust to convert transactions into long‑term client engagements.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience in person and via video tools.
