Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is recruiting Turbotax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide tax expertise, build local client relationships, and coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, offering simple to complex tax preparation, planning, and software support, while growing your local client base and leveraging Intuit resources to support community financial

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA or attorney preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year‑round support.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding clients’ financial picture and delivering end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
