Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location. You will work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, understanding their complete financial picture and connecting them with Intuit solutions for ongoing support.

You will help grow the local client base, organize community events, and provide ongoing tax planning and advisory services beyond filing, ensuring a seamless customer experience across

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for a full client experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
