Intuit Inc. is seeking dynamic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert network at locations across the United States. The role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, expert guidance, and strong client relationships in a local community.

You will work onsite with a team of tax professionals, support personal and business taxation, and collaborate with a network of specialists. The position emphasizes in-person client meetings, local growth, and a strong customer-first

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week during tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be the local ambassador, growing the client base and building relationships with community partners.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to offer associated services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and empathy.
