Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team for year-round positions at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise and connect clients with Intuit's ecosystem to help them achieve positive financial outcomes.

This on-site role emphasizes local growth, community engagement, and delivering end-to-end tax services with support from marketing tools and a network of specialists across the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with business/financial experts to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Engage with clients in-person and virtually using video tools and secure software.
