Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our new TurboTax office locations across the United States. In this on-site role, you will provide tax expertise and customer service to help clients navigate their tax needs and maximize outcomes.

You will engage with the local community, lead outreach, and partner with the TurboTax ecosystem to connect clients with additional Intuit solutions, while upholding our commitment to excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Three+ years of paid experience filing individual returns with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Build and grow a local customer base through outreach and community events.
• Be the local face of TurboTax, delivering excellent customer service onsite.
• Promote Intuit ecosystem and cross-sell related services.
