Intuit is seeking motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete returns, and proactively grow local client bases while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

The role emphasizes community outreach, local events, and cross-selling Intuit solutions within a trusted advisor framework.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Onsite work at TurboTax office hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning.
• Act as a community ambassador, build local customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Develop relationships and connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
