Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking individuals to join TurboTax as Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to serve clients end-to-end.

The role emphasizes community outreach, local client growth, and creating a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willingness to work on-site at a TurboTax location.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local client base through grassroots outreach and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to other Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences with colleagues during client meetings.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and professional demeanor.
