Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end services, while growing the local client base and fostering year-round relationships in the community. You will advise on complex personal and business taxes, deductions, and future planning, and collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.) with training from Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week; 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
