Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts in new locations across the United States. Focus is on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists to address complex tax scenarios, grow the local business, and deliver a seamless Intuit experience with community engagement.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Identify deductions, optimise tax liabilities, and plan for future.
• Work with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Create accessible tax-related content for the community.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience on-site and virtually.
