Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver end-to-end tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will handle personal and small business tax scenarios and collaborate with a team to ensure a seamless client experience. As a trusted local advisor, you will grow the client base, provide tax planning insights, and connect customers with Intuit ecosystem services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week min; training and development required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base and build relationships.
• Connect clients with related Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
