Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while coordinating with specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040s using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as local ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and attend community events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual consultations.
