Qualifications

• Licensed tax professional with 3+ years preparing 1040s (federal and state)
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local client base and drive growth
• Coordinate withIntuit ecosystem providers to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or planning services
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via virtual tools
