Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and client advisory in on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of tax professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients, building a complete financial picture for each customer while leveraging Intuit tools and resources. You will drive local growth, engage with the community, and connect clients to complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping or payroll,

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Up-skilling into additional service types offered by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and professional demeanor in-person and virtually.
