Job summary

Intuit seeks year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax expertise and preparation for clients at new TurboTax locations across the United States. Leverage a community ambassador mindset to grow local business, organize financial literacy events, and connect clients with Intuit solutions for year‑round support.

The role emphasizes on‑site work, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to build a new customer base and drive local growth.
• Organize local events and networking activities with marketing support from Intuit.
• Promote cross‑selling of Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver excellent customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
