Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform full-service tax return preparation on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax advice, handle complex scenarios, and collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will also drive local client growth, host community events, and leverage marketing resources to build long-term relationships while representing Intuit’s broader ecosystem of services.

Qualifications

• Must be an EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Give expert tax advice, calculations, and software support.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and build relationships.
• Coordinate with team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.
