Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated Year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join a new TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert guidance while collaborating with a network of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

This role emphasizes hands-on tax advice, client relationship building, and local market growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professional (EA/CPA/Attorney) with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week and complete required training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax returns for clients.
• Identify deductions, calculate taxes, and review returns with clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for client needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in-person and via video tools.
