Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join TurboTax Local Service Experts at a US location.

You will provide hands-on tax prep, expert tax advice, and software support, while connecting clients with a broader team offering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You’ll grow the local client base, build trust in the community, and represent TurboTax in events and outreach activities with marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience (federal/state 1040).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador, building a local client base and leveraging marketing tools.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
