Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking Tax Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations.

You will engage with clients face-to-face and virtually, addressing personal and business tax needs while expanding the local client base through community outreach. You’ll collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to offer a full Intuit ecosystem experience and deliver end-to-end support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, building a local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address needs.
• Support onsite TurboTax office operations and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
