Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will engage with clients in person, address complex tax scenarios, and leverage Intuit tools to ensure accurate, end-to-end service.

You will also grow the local client base, build relationships, and connect clients to Intuit’s broader ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll services. Onsite work and community engagement are core to the role.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Build local growth by identifying prospects and organizing community events with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
