Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and expert tax guidance at a TurboTax location. You will work with a team of specialists to address personal and business tax needs, while growing the local client base and delivering end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services, building long-term relationships and contributing to community prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Build local client base via outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and Credit Karma.
• Develop long-term relationships and grow client loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
