Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and client advisory services on-site at local TurboTax locations. You will work with a team of tax professionals, helping individuals and small businesses with complex and simple tax scenarios while growing the local client base and leveraging Intuit resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business returns.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end services and cross-sell Intuit solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain trusted advisor relationships.
