Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end client experiences and grow the local client base through community outreach and partnerships. Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at TurboTax office: 8:00–17:00 local, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours weekly.
• Must complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and be used in advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or credit Karma when appropriate.
• Build relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
