Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a Dallas-area location, working on-site to serve in-person and virtual clients with tax expertise and software support.

You will build lasting relationships, grow the local client base, and coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, while upholding a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide planning guidance.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Represent TurboTax locally in the community and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
