Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join its TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a U.S. location. You will provide on-site tax expertise, prepare returns, and connect clients with broader Intuit resources.

You will build local relationships, grow the client base, and deliver a best-in-class experience both in person and through digital tools. The role requires onsite presence, flexibility, and a customer-centered mindset.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; comfortable using name/picture for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure clients leave with a clear financial path.
