Job summary

Intuit is hiring on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver expert tax preparation and personalized guidance in local TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll engage clients during in-person meetings, offer tax planning advice, and coordinate with other Intuit specialists to provide a complete financial picture.

You’ll work as part of a collaborative team, help grow the local TurboTax client base, and leverage marketing tools to build long‑term relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing personal and business returns with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of current tax laws and filing requirements.
• Ability to explain complex tax concepts in plain language to clients.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a range of situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships with community groups.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning as appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a high-quality customer experience in-person and remotely when needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless end-to-end service for each client.
