Intuit Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and help clients navigate tax complexities. You will engage with local communities, build a client portfolio, and connect clients to Intuit’s ecosystem of services, including bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week
• Training and development required by the business
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing and events
• Connect clients withIntuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services
• Build relationships and deliver excellent customer experience
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools
