Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated Tax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end service, build local client relationships, and grow the TurboTax footprint in your community.

The role emphasizes onsite work, client-centric advisory, and leveraging Intuit resources to expand services year-round.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week, Monday through Friday.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising with name/photo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain trust.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients reach financial goals.
