Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while coordinating with a team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You will grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach and community events, supported by marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return prep experience using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location with standard local hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community activities.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and maintain client relationships.
