Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking driven individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a U.S. TurboTax location.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and connect clients with a broader team covering business, payroll, and advisory services. This is an on-site role focused on building a local client base and delivering a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. Qualifications

• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex cases.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Work onsite 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, in TurboTax offices across the U.S.
