Intuit, Inc. is seeking driven individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team.

You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice to both in-person and virtual clients, while collaborating with a broader team of tax professionals. You’ll act as a community ambassador, grow local clientele, and help connect clients with the wider Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or similar professional tax credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build and grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial picture and connect them with Intuit solutions.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients through trust and ongoing engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist clients with questions and tax-related challenges.
