Intuit, Inc. is hiring a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a local TurboTax site in the United States. You will help clients maximize refunds, plan for future taxes, and partner with specialists for holistic financial guidance.

The role emphasizes community outreach, local client growth, and delivering a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience in person and online. Onsite availability and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.
• Experience using tax software and CRM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist clients with deductions, amendments, and future tax planning in plain language.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and events; collaborate with marketing.
• Coordinate with teams offering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via Intuit tools.
