Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, serving both in-person and virtual clients. You will deliver full-service tax preparation and expert advice, while also engaging with the local community to grow the client base and showcase the full Intuit ecosystem.

You will collaborate with a team of tax professionals to ensure accurate filings, client satisfaction, and year-round support, including access to marketing resources and ongoing training.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, for at least 20 hours weekly.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and provide future tax planning.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for comprehensive support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via TurboTax tools.
