Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance for both in-person and virtual clients.

You will grow the local client base, connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services, and provide a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax experience while meeting onsite hours. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to empowering clients financially.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with advertising your name.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow and nurture a local client base through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
