Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax professionals to join our local TurboTax offices as year-round Local Service Experts. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and deliver personalized planning guidance in a community-facing role.

Responsibilities include discovering deductions, maximizing refunds, and offering cross-sell opportunities to Intuit products. This is an onsite, full-time role with standard business hours and a focus on building a local client base.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit
• Onsite availability 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week
• Willingness to complete required training and wear Intuit uniform including using name/picture for advertising

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds
• Drive local growth through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships
• Represent TurboTax as the local face in marketing efforts and community events
• Introduce clients to Intuit solutions beyond tax filing (bookkeeping, payroll, planning)
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools
