Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete prep services for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Lead local outreach to build a sustainable customer base through events, partnerships, and referrals.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients to comprehensive Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping and payroll when appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via digital tools.
