Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax office location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, helping customers navigate complex tax scenarios.

As the local face of TurboTax, you will drive community outreach, organize events, and connect clients with Intuit solutions across the full ecosystem, while working onsite during standard

Qualifications

• Must hold EA, CPA, or be a practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon-Fri, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be willing to use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to build a local customer base for TurboTax.
• Organize and lead local events such as financial literacy workshops and networking gatherings.
• Build relationships and connect clients with Intuit solutions across the ecosystem.
