Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at new locations across the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice for in-person and virtual clients, delivering a seamless Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, collaborate with a team of tax professionals, and connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services, emphasizing a trusted,

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grassroots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
