Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in the United States is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, providing on‑site and virtual tax support and delivering expert advice to help customers navigate complex filings.

You will collaborate with a broader team of specialists, grow the local client base, and drive year‑round engagement through community events and proactive marketing, all within Intuit’s end‑to‑end service model.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite, 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00–17:00 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community engagements.
• Coordinate with specialists for end-to-end advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
