Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax offices across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete tax prep, and act as a trusted local advisor helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local outreach, and collaboration with Intuit’s ecosystem to offer seamless services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training
• Onsite work at TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week
• Willing to complete required training and adhere to company policies
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence
• Must reside within the United States
• State licenses or bonds as applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local customer base and drive growth for TurboTax
• Lead local events (financial literacy workshops, pop-ups, networking) with marketing support
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma)
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist clients in person or via video tools
