Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite with a collaborative team of tax professionals.

You’ll provide expert tax preparation and advisory services for a diverse client base, guiding them through personal and business needs while connecting them with Intuit’s broader offerings. You’ll build local relationships, grow the client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools, marketing support, and in-person/virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development; uniforms provided; could be featured in marketing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure year‑round support and loyalty.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional communication and problem solving.
