Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end financial services and drive local client growth.

You’ll be involved in community outreach, client education, and hands-on service, both in person and via Intuit marketing tools, aiming to build trust and a loyal local client base.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax filing expertise and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally by building relationships and referrals.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions.
• Deliver seamless, in-person and virtual service with a focus on client outcomes.
• Engage in local community events and marketing activities to expand presence of TurboTax in the market.
