Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to operate on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert advice for individuals and small businesses.

You will engage with clients, grow the local customer base, and coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem. The role requires onsite work, compliance training, and a service‑oriented mindset that strengthens community ties through trusted financial guidance.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and adherence to policies.
• Willing to wear provided uniforms and participate in advertising.
• Interest in local and online community presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the customer base.
• Guide clients through the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Build ongoing client relationships for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
