Job summary

Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will engage customers in-person and virtually, collaborating with specialists to cover personal and business tax needs.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN to file taxes (as required by law).
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax scenarios including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing tools.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to offer bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning.
• Deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience in collaboration with the team.
