Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as year-round Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete returns, and help customers achieve accurate results and positive financial outcomes.

As a local ambassador, you will grow a client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships, while using Intuit tools to connect clients with related services.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax credentials (CPA/EA/Attorney) preferred.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite work availability 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, building a local customer base through outreach and events.
• Identify opportunities to connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients plan for future tax needs.
