Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation, helping clients navigate a range of personal and business tax needs.

As the local face of TurboTax, you will grow the community, organize events, and connect clients with Intuit solutions. You will work onsite, undergo training, wear uniforms, and aim to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week (peaks during tax season).
• Must complete all training and development as required; additional requirements may be added.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow name/picture use for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and client tax prep for simple to complex scenarios.
• Support discovery sessions, deductions optimization, and tax planning.
• Lead local outreach to grow TurboTax market and brand awareness.
• Be the local face of TurboTax; convert prospects to clients.
• Organize local events: workshops, pop-ups, networking.
• Promote full Intuit ecosystem with referrals to other services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist with inquiries.
