Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in on-site locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and help clients navigate personal and small-business tax scenarios.

As a local ambassador, you’ll build a community presence, grow the client base, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end TurboTax support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients (simple to complex)
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning)
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term engagements
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools
