Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team. You will provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while engaging with the community and building relationships for long-term client growth.

As part of a collaborative team, you will connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. This is an onsite role with flexible hours around peak tax season.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training provided.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build and grow a local customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
